We booked hotel by mistake and 20 minutes later they refused to refund us. Told us they had to turn people away. If that is the way the management run this place then I would definitely recommend to avoid this place. After messaging, emailing and calling this place they pretend they can't speak English. The worst I have ever come across.

Avoid this place the hotel is run by really bad management. They have no clue how to deal with customers and they pretend not to understand English when you have a problem. The worst I have ever had to deal with.

Le spa espace détente, les boutiques tt autour de la zone, cambrai et proville a proximité.

L'accord écrit autorisé pr notre arrivée entre 9h--10h . L'hôtesse ns a dit que ce n'était possible. Piscine un groupe de jeune footballeur est venu jouer ds l'eau avec beaucoup d'énergie. Le soucis c'est que plus personne ne pouvait y entrer, les accompagnateurs n'ont pas agit pr calmer le jeux
