Good location, very big apartment

Quite an unconformable bed, it's basically a couch.

Self check in and check out. Sofa bed was already ready when we arrived. Spacious toilet. New renovation, good kitchen. The view to the river is top. very comfortable. Good for 1-2 days.

TV is not working I don't know maybe connection problem

The flat is spacious, well furnished and maintained, has everything you might need, the taste of its design leaves no doubt you are in Italy, and the view on the river must be one of the best in Parma.

Everything was awesome. Well, there was a homeless sleeping in the courtyard, but how can you help it?

Perfect location in downtown and very clean apartment

Good value apartment in the centre of Parma, good size for a family of four, sufficient supplies in the kitchen (including cooking basics). Supermarket just over the road.

The apartment was central but it wasn't a particularly nice location - the surroundings were a bit dingy, and there was a lot of street noise outside the apartment (it's on a busy junction). We paid 15 euro for the overnight parking at Toschi parking, about 10 minutes walk from the apartment.
