Location was perfect!

Great location, beautiful light, clean and comfortable property.

Unexperienced and inadequate staff. The first day we asked for more towels since in the room there were only two per person for three nights and two more pillows. They informed us that for the towels there would be an extra charge. We told them that that was unacceptable, so next day they said that they reconsidered and that they would provide extra towel without charging anything more. We thanked them, but not the towels neither the pillows ever came.. All the above conversation was through booking.com texting service..

Bright, spacious apartment in the heart of Como old town next to the Duomo. 5 min walk to the ferry. Clean, modern, and comfortable with a beautiful view. Highly recommend it!

Location, the good smell,cleanliness

At first I was hesitant because there were few reviews, but the unit is sparkling clean and so nice and bright. Don't hesitate to book it! fully equiped and apparently it is so new. so close to the center and in a very quiet location.

Nothing much to mention, I had to sleep on the sofa bed but it wasn't comfy and my back hurts the next days. The AC units were not really working the way it should, adding another fan as the one in the living room would be perfect as short term solution.

Photos don’t do this property justice, it looks and feels better in person. It’s comfortable and well fitted with all you need for a comfortable stay. I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were not on site which they had informed me about prior to my arrival, they shared very clear instructions on how to self check in, this was smooth and seamless. The apartment is very safe, clean, and homely. This apartment is great value for money. The location of the apartment is right at the city center, close to everything you need. No lake view, but the view of the city and amazing hills was breathtaking. The bed was super comfortable, apartment was spacious and airy, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, they gifted us a small bottle of olive oil. The guest book they left us was so helpful and informative. The shower gel they gave us smelled amazing! I’m going to miss this place.
