GBProperty is well situated and functional . Place was warm and very clean.
The is a little creaky , comfortable but every time you turn it makes a noise .

GBStayed here to visit a friend that’s at Aber Uni. This flat really served its purpose it was clean, the bed was comfy. The sofa a little bit uncomfortable but didn’t bother me as i wasn’t in the flat much. The instructions to find the flat and get yourself in were very clear. Really good value for money. And David replied to my message in good time when i messaged him. Thank you, will definitely look at staying here again next time i visit.
GBGREAT location, easy to get into town and to the arts centre on foot. Lovely bed small well equipped kitchen and space.
Street parking was chaotic probably due to when we arrived. Lockbox was a tad fiddly. Would have been nice to have a second comfy chair to spread out on as the sofa was a little small.
GBThe property is in a great location. It’s close to the town centre and university. It’s big enough for 3 people but sofa bed is rather poor and not very comfortable. Shower is great and powerful. The flat is renovated throughout and looks modern.
As mentioned before - sofa bed could be better. It’s all right for 2 nights but very flat and hard. Cleanliness needs attention to detail. Flat looks clean at first but there are a lot of cob webs in the corners, lamp shade in the bedroom is covered with them as are the windows. The same with blinds- full of dust. Under the bed - that space hasn’t seen the vacuum for sometime, we got the ironing board out and it was really dirty and dusty there with other people’s hair etc. There is enough space for two small bedside table which would be helpful with the morning tea. A couple of tea bags and coffee sachets would be nice as well.
GBGBExcellent accommodation and great value for money. Modern and secure property conveniently located only 10 minutes walk from town centre, seafront and university. Would highly recommend.
