Frokosten er god, beliggenheten er kjempe fin, muligens litt vanskelig å komme seg inn til sentrum men resepsjonen hjelper med å bestille drosje. Fint basseng og mange ulike plasser å ligge på solsengene, rommene og også flotte. Personalet her hyggelige og kjekke.

Den første dagen ble vi spurt om type kaffe vi ønsket til frokosten,da ville vi ikke ha. De ande dagene spurte de aldri så jeg ba dag 3 om kaffelatte før jeg satte meg og ble bedt om å sette meg og de ville komme og ta bestillingen min. Frokosten er til 1030 og den første dagen kom vi kl 10 og fikk beskjed om at frokosten stenger snart, akkurat slikt mas trenger ikke vi på en plass som dette med prisen. To kvelder reserverte vi plass i restauranten via resepsjonen, denne beskjeden kom ikke frem noen av kveldene og vi ble plassert på et side bor, la oss se om det går bedre i kveld. Jeg har litt erfaring fra service bransjen og her bruker vi å gi et plaster på såret, gratis vin til middagen eller noe lignende, men ingen ting.

I only liked the location

Honestly, this hotel should not be listed as a 5 stars hotel because it has nothing related to 5 stars hotel. The only good thing is that they have a nice location with access to the beach. Other than that, nothing is nice. The rooms are average, no amenities, no coffee machine, we paid around 400$ per night for a deluxe double bedroom with sea view, we got a normal room ( all their rooms are almost the same), no sea view, trees everywhere and a side view of the sea. They only have 4 rooms in the whole hotel that have direct sea view, so it’s not worth paying extra for a sea view. The first day we arrived, I noticed that the toilet seat is broken, and it moves every time you sit on it, I called them and told them, someone came, and checked it and told me we cannot do anything today, will check with the maintenance tomorrow, but I noticed that it’s been broken since a longtime and they even put a piece of brick to support it and not fall, and of course no one came during our 4 days stay and they didn’t even suggest to change the room. The pillows are uncomfortable and they have only one type of pillow, no pillows menu or options like all 5 stars hotels, the king size bed is actually 2 mattresses and not even 1. The pool is nice, but they do not have any service by the pool, if you need a towel, a drink, water, anything, you should go yourself to the beach area downstairs and order it, nothing luxurious or relaxing about sitting by the pool. The breakfast is poor, nothing special, they mention “superb breakfast” in their description, but nothing superb about, less average than any 3 stars hotel. They even charged us 20$ per night for breakfast although my reservation was including breakfast, but on check in they told me that breakfast includes only 1 person, but my booking stated 2 adults.

La restauration

Η διαμονή μας στο LaLiBay ξεπέρασε κάθε προσδοκία. Από τη στιγμή που φτάσαμε, νιώσαμε σαν να έχουμε βρει το προσωπικό μας καταφύγιο. Το σημείο είναι ειδυλλιακό, με θέα που κόβει την ανάσα και ατμόσφαιρα απόλυτης χαλάρωσης. Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικό – ευγενικό, διακριτικό και πάντα πρόθυμο να εξυπηρετήσει με χαμόγελο. Η φιλοξενία τους μας έκανε να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας, αλλά με την πολυτέλεια ενός πεντάστερου resort. Ήταν η καλύτερη μας διαμονή εδώ και χρόνια. Κάθε λεπτομέρεια ήταν προσεγμένη, από την καθαριότητα και την άνεση του δωματίου μέχρι τις παροχές και τις γαστρονομικές επιλογές. Το πρωινό ήταν πλούσιο και εκλεπτυσμένο, με φρέσκα υλικά και υπέροχη θέα στη θάλασσα. Αν ψάχνετε για έναν προορισμό που συνδυάζει πολυτέλεια, ηρεμία και αυθεντική φιλοξενία, το LaLiBay είναι η απόλυτη επιλογή. Ανυπομονούμε να επιστρέψουμε!
