Location was ok

When you spend thousands on a 5-star hotel, you expect at least the basics to be right. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The room was very plain, with nothing impressive about it, and the minibar was completely empty. The bathroom—arguably one of the most important parts of a hotel stay—was designed for disabled access, which made it uncomfortable and impractical for us. Service was also disappointing. There were no staff present in the pool or beach areas when needed. The pool itself was very small, and the sea was dirty, which made swimming unappealing. Breakfast was underwhelming, offering very basic choices, and the restaurant food overall lacked quality. For a hotel marketed and priced as 5-star, the experience fell far below expectations.

GREAT HOTEL AT A STUNNING LOCATION. FANTASTIC DINING AREA, WITH GREAT VIEW / SUNSET. NICE ROOMS AND ENOUGH SUN BEDS. VERY FRIENDLY STAFF.

BREAKFAST OFFERS LIMITED CHOICE. ADULTS ONLY... BUT I SAW FAIRLY YOUNG CHILDREN.

Top Location, well constructed resort, fair price for the resort, this place has definitely potential for a five star resort....however....

1. Service personal - the staff is generally nice and respectful, however not entirely motivated neither completely qualified to serve in this place, in particularly in the food area. You need to push around, as they are not really pro-active, then remind, remind again as things are forgotten. If you ask for a Cappuccino, only select waiters are empowered to take the order and therefore ask someone else to come to the table. In generally, the entire repsonsibility chain as well as order and delivery processes need to be revised urgently. Also staff needs to be trained and briefed. 2. Additional pricing - this is not really necessary in a 5star resort where you pay already on a high level for the room and the resort. If you want to take a bicycle for a day, its extra 25Euro, making it 50 Euro for a couple (by the way, most of the bikes are broken...). if you want a Stand-up Paddle, its 40 Euro for 2 hours, making it 80 for a couple. If you want simply "enter" the Spa area (sauna and outdoor jacuzzi access - not the extra services), you need to pay 30 per person, making it 60 for a couple.

la colazione discreta ma senza una particolare offerta,nel complesso non al livello della struttura nonostante la gentilezza dello staff. stessa cosa per il bar della spiaggia motivo per il quale non ho provato la cucina del ristorante.
