Apartamentul este fix ca si in poze. Este foarte curat si amenajat cu bun gust. Daca nu se incalzeste suficient in apartament, exista o aeroterma si aerul conditionat.

The apartment is right in the heart of the city, in the old town square. The location of the property helps a lot if you want to visit the city, as it is very close to almost every relevant historical landmark.

The only thing that I did not like was the access to the apartment. Because of the old building, the entrance is a little bit complicated, and the tunnel-like entrance is also where the restaurant nearby keeps the trash, so it is not actually pleasing to see that every time you enter or exit the building, but if that is not relevant to you, it should be a great property overall

Konumunu, temizliği, evdeki esyalar her şey çok güzel.

Excelente ubicación. Patio muy agradable. Apartamento cómodo con el menaje necesario. Relación calidad-precio buena.

La entrada al bloque es horrible, lleno de contenedores de basura de hedor insoportable , hasta el punto que teníamos que pasar aguantando la respiración. La ducha no funciona bien, la alcachofa del techo está atascada y el desagüe igual, también el desagüe del lavabo. No tiene microondas. El sofá cama resulta incómodo.

Very well positioned in the centre of Brasov, easy access to busses towards sky resort (5-7 min walk). Property looks exactly like in the pictures , i was very happy about everything
