"Perfect x"

The amount of bedrooms was great. All very comfortable and clean. Lovely little table in front yard to sit out and have cuppa / Prosecco. Location to city centre was perfect.

Nothing to dislike.

"Straightforward but cost effective accommodation with a great host."

Great place to stay and the host, Charles, could not help enough. Nice, clean, simple accommodation perfect for a few friends sharing.

The parking is a lottery. Charles is super helpful and provided tickets for parking and plenty of advice as it would be easy to fall foul of the over enthusiastic parking wardens as you park on the road.

Host very friendly and welcoming with good communication. Appreciated the tea/coffe/milk on arrival, nice touch. Good location and clean. Great shower.

Very minor- Larger towels would have been nice.

We liked how cute but spacious the property was, its location near the station and the city centre, the opportunity to get a parking permit, the way the owner kept in touch with us, how quite the property was... We loved it and would go back!

I can't think of anything.
