"Great value for money"

Host was excellent with communication and very friendly and accommodating. Property was very close to the city and a really good size for the price.

Immediate area is a little run down. There was a slight musty smelly to the property, but nothing overwhelming. Parking was a bit confusing with a variety of scratch card passes being needed.

The house was very clean and comfortable. It was very easy to walk to it from Chester train station. It is a quiet house, and we slept really well.

Charles our host was friendly and helpful. Everything we needed was supplied with some pleasing extras like amazon music, real milk in the fridge and lots of helpful tips. Highly recommended.
