really nice apartment, very clean and good size. location is perfect, right need shopping, bars and restaurants. really secure so felt very safe even though is was very busy near by at night. loved this place!

please add mirrors to the bedrooms! us girls need somewhere to do our hair 😉

Bilal the owner is very friendly and helpful. The flat was very clean, well-decorated and clean. Despite being in the city centre, the flat itself was quiet. Good furniture and very comfortable double beds. Both bathrooms were great. The flat was light, bright and spacious. The location is superb: less than 10 mins walk from the ICC and Symphony Hall, within 5 mins of pubs, clubs, restaurants and cinemas. It was excellent value for money, beating all the local hotels. If we're in Birmingham again, this flat would certainly be our first choice.

. beds are on the smaller side . It's on a busy street. In summer, you will get traffic noise if windows are opened. . Fans should be available in the summer to avoid window opening. . The bedrooms have blinds which don't prevent steet and sunlight. It's better to have blackout curtains for better sleep
