Property was really high spec. The quality of the furniture/kitchen items were great. We loved the space in the property and the back garden

One small suggestion would be to get black out curtains for bedrooms

We loved this stay! The configuration was just right for our party, with four bedrooms and a bathroom on each floor. It was tastefully furnished and very well equipped, and in a great location within easy walking distance of all the Cowes facilities. Everything we needed!

Location very good. Access excellent to local shops and near to supermarket. Good basement room.

Advertised in many sites as having 4 bathrooms. It has 3 small shower rooms and additional toilet. 1 tap was faulty, spouted a jet of water across the room, hitting the wall and puddling on floor. Property garden was overgrown. No handrail at the top of steep stairs until 4th step down. En suite bedroom on ground floor has 'broom cupboard' sized facility for hanging clothes, with items of utility occupying space.

Parking's a bit of a faff, but didn't detract from the holiday at all.

Parking was a bit tricky as spaces are limited so had to park a few streets away on occasion. Artificial grass could do with weeding!

Beds weren’t that comfortable and a little on the small side. Low beams/door frames weren’t ideal for tall people but completely understandable for the type of property.

The location and the amount of space at the house is great. Easy walking distance into Cowes and to the Red Jet terminal. The host very quickly sorted out a problem when we arrived regarding the heating and hot water.

Parking isn´t as easy as the impression given in the description. It is permit parking only outside for some of the road and permit parking or only 2 hours stay for the rest of the road. Given that this is a family house it is not very convenient to be parked (in our instance with two small children) two streets away and you cannot double park outside to load or unload. A permit would be a welcome extra.
