Staff was friendly and helpful, lobby was clean

Thermostat for room did nothing, location for stay is on the edge of a more rough area. Also had issues with spoiled foods for the breakfast Room also said it had a washing machine included but the staff informed us some rooms do not have the machines. Fortunately they did allow us to do our laundry without charge. Room was also not matching of the appearance of the images posted online

"Sauberes Zimmer aber mehr darf man nicht erwarten"

Fahrradgarage absperrbar- war zwar kompliziert mit dem Schlüssel (mußte man immer sofort zurückbringen, da sie nur einen hatten!). Zimmer war sehr sauber und ruhig.

Rezeption war scheinbar überfordert (nicht sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend), Österr. Führerschein genügte nicht zum Einchecken, Klimaanlage konnte nicht im Zimmer abgeschaltet werden, musste Fenster öffnen…. Für aus-und einschalten wurde Rezeption benötigt, Temperatur konnte im Zimmer gewählt werden, nicht jedoch die Stärke (sehr stark geblasen). Frühstücks-Box war SEHR dürftig, bestand aus zwei Zwieback und zwei Keksen, Nutella, ein Marmeladebecherl und Wasser.
