Las vistas impresionantes, el apartamento muy chulo pero..... muchos peros.

Primero la atención con la agencia Benidorm-Booking. Dijeron que vendrían a arreglarnos desperfectos y no han venido en 7 dias, avise al segundo dia nada mas despertarnos y nada. Faltaban utensilios para cocina y baño. Colchón como una piedra y almohadas muy duras y muy grandes, aire acondicionado muy insuficiente (le da el sol tooodo el dia al apartamento, no hay pared es todo cristalera). Cajones y armarios rotos, vitrocerámica rota, azulejos rotos. De 3 televisiones no ha ido en ningún momento ninguna y hemos ido con 3 niños. El enchufe/interruptor de la habitacion de los niños descolgado con los cables al aire. Lo peor de todo es que llamamos, decimos el problema y nos mandan con el conserje, conforme bajamos a reclamar sin decir nada ya sabía que veníamos de ese apartamento "por algo seria" su cara lo decia todo.

"Best Location With Views....Ever!!"

Unreal location and view - Absolutely Breathtaking. Good cafes and bars directly below.

One bathroom had a very odd stench after a heavy rain downpour. Understand how Spain re the weather can have a fresh 'street' odour, but 22 floors up?

"Amazing view, poor customer service"

The apartment is perfect - really well located with excellent views.

We were on the 22nd floor and one lift was out of service for our entire stay so it was very slow to access and leave the apartment - we had to wait almost 10 minutes at one stage. Customer service is very poor - I prepaid for the accommodation in advance and after we left, I contacted the host several times trying to get a receipt and each time I have either been ignored or told one would be issued soon / tomorrow / next week / at the end of the month.
