the hole apartment was amazing, loved the lay out location was amazing

the apartment had loads of little damages like the shower heads was broken on both showers hot water didnt last very long, air conditioning wasn't working, dinning table was falling apart, wardrobe had damage all over and there was two of them, there was also no extractor fan in bathroom so when you had a poo the hole apartment would smell it. when I addressed these issues to the apartment manager they was straight on it but they never told me they was coming like I asked them to let me no as I had over 700 euros, Mac book pro and my £550 watch and my partners jewellery worth £300, so I came back to my apartment door wide open with 2 works stud doing nothing, the apartment manger ignore my issue with the workers not having permission for them to be in the apartment when I wasn't there, not had any contract from them since.

the apartment was very quiet and spacious

no british tv channels as we are both elderly and like to stay in in the evening

Location and views

Unsure where to collect keys from and where to return them. Told I would receive a lock box code prior to departure but I had to call the emergency number at 7.15am on the day to find out what to do

They took 200 deposit when we got to the room there was damage told to take photo which I did sent them to office were we picked keys up they said it would be OK but after departure they took my deposit disgusted,

Apartment was perfect location was perfect

Guy on the door . Came very close to a slap. Kept trying to irate me . Even stopped me from using the pool toilet because I was just out of the pool. It's a pool toilet with a shower beside it. Also pulled me and my son in the pool for having a ball which is fare enough even though we were the only ones in it. The the next day he stood there watching the locals playing with 2 balls as me and my son where in the pool. Double standard
