Very small apartment, bad smell on the stairs of the building. The owner offered a ticket for free parking on the street but impossible to find a free space. The shower cabin is very very small 50cm/50 and the whole bathroom is 2m in total. The location is very bad, it was a big problem to find the apartment. The price does not correspond

The place looks nice, it's renovated in a modern style. Cleaning was okay, could be improved for the bathroom area, but I'm not complaining. You will find parking available in the inner court most of the times or outside of it worst case. Instructions from host were clear to me, at least on how to get there and checkin into your apartment, we had no issues getting inside. Location (on the map, not the building itself) is very good, you are minutes away from the city center, very easy to reach by foot.

I'll start with the most disturbing issue, the noise isolation. I couldn't sleep because of the noise from the neighbours, it's like they live inside the same apartment. I could clearly hear them speaking, their tv, singing, baby crying, moving things around, EVERYTHING. I think it was the worst noise isolation I have ever seen (or heard). Second to that, the bed was horrifyingly squeaking, whenever you would roll from one side to another or just move, really bad. The building itself is very dirty and not taken care of, it scared us at first, but it's better after you get inside the apartment (modern and renovated vs the opposite for the building). The bathroom is really small, very difficult to use the toilet peacefully. Also, the window in the bathroom doesn't have any type of shade or roller, no intimacy from the buildings outside.

Great location, great apartment, wonderful owner

The apartment is nice and functional. It also have all the essentials for cooking (oil,salt,vinegar,coffee, tea). The location is good and you can reach the city center by walking.

The beds. Both the principal bed and the sofa had a terrible creak that makes impossible to have a good sleep because it sounds each time you move at night. They need to be replaced. Also, we wake up both days with the screams of a couple having a violent fight. We didn’t call the police only because we don’t speak Italian.

Easy access, host was accessible and the apartment was very clean and modern. Location was good, within easy walking distance to the piazza and nice restaurants.

Not a concern for us but note there is no lift to get to the apartment.
