"Very good place to stay with privat parking lot 👌👌👌"

Nice renovated and clean place. All work well and is quit new. It has its own parking lot, what is perfect.

All was good. Just expect very small bathroom (might be a problem for bigger people, especially shower). But its new and clean.

Very nice and clean apartment. Size of the apartment very nice for a few days stay (we were 4 people). and longer for group of 2. We walked to the center of Modena and the location was very good.

"It was ok."

It was clean and accessible. There was tea and water.

The sleeping couch was broken und uncomfortable to use.
