"Great budget option for a night or two!"

Comfy bed with spacious (for Japan) room layout. Had a washing machine which was handy!

The location was okay - walkable to most things in 15 mins. No reception staff - it’s all self check in, which made it a little tricky when needing support to send bags to our next hotel.

"It was a wonderful place to stay an amazing city and close to extraordinary sights like Miyajima"

The location was very convenient

I really liked the place but it was very difficult to find. there was nothing to indicate which building it was (and Europeans don't necessarily understand how Japanese addresses work). I would suggest some directions on a PFD should be sent and a picture of the outside of the building and the location of the IPad for checking in.

"Comfortable and well equipped"

More spacious than expected, comfortable and well equipped. Very responsive staff on the messaging who helped arrange our baggage forwarding and replied very quickly. Also loads of towels and bedding provided.

Double bed was quite soft and bunk bed was quite hard, but both comfortable enough. We didn't try the sofa bed.

The location is great and the place was spacious. I don't have any complaints.

The only thing I would say is that it would be nice to be sent a photo of the front of the hotel because I found it hard to find. It took me about 10min as I didn't know which building it was.
