OUCHI HOTEL Higashi-Hiratsuka #301

Spacious (by Japan standards), clean, good facilities available in apartment, quiet location.

Could not get the "Line" app to work when I needed help to access the building. Only provided with one towel despite two of us staying there.

Good location

It should not call itself a hotel it is an apartment - the confusion led to a problem with some missing clothes being sent to the address for no one to receive them. The booking.com website suggested keys delivered on site ie a manned reception

A big apartment located in a large building, but surprisingly very quiet. The kitchen was very well equipped. They allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in time, which was very convenient. It was easy to check in. It was a comfortable stay, and we appreciated the extra space.

All was good.

Amazing value for money, large apartment, good location, smart TV, and very well equipped with microwave, washing machine, kitchen, etc

The bath didn’t drain well, not sure why but was like that upon first use of just showering.

Everything was perfect. The apartment was really spacious, comfy, really clean, with everything you need. Its about 20 minutes walking from Hiroshima Station, and 20 to 30 minutes walking from all the things to see and restaurants, shopping. You also have the tram stop at 10 minutes walking if you want to go to Miyajima. I hope I could stay longer because this apartment was really relaxing ! Thank you very much

It is huge for solo traveler and still not overpriced. Stuff is a great person. Kitchen ( fully loaded ), AC, washing machine, microwave are in pristine condition. It is very quiet. Satisfied beyond any expectations.

I did like everything.

Good location, comfortable and clean. Projector was a nice touch.

Double bed was very small for 2 people

I have stayed in Hiroshima over 10 times over the last few years and I have experience of many different types of hotels and places to stay. Especially considering the price of the stay, which was exceptional value, for my needs, this was the best place I have stayed in so far. Some people might prefer regular hotels, but this place had more of a vibe of an airBNB, but without any need of dealing with anyone face to face, as the check it is all electronic.

The login process was a little finicky. At the end of travelling far, it could have been a little bit easier. It was by no means difficult though. Location wise, it is good. I've stayed a few minutes walk closer to town before. As you can tell though, I'm being very picky as overall I had a very positive experience.
