It was a beautiful and very comfortable, stylish and welcoming place to stay. It was relaxing knowing we were coming home to such a lovely property. We felt very at ease and home from home. The information pack was really helpful too and we sampled some of the suggested eateries and had a fantastic time! It is in a great location and felt very spacious and was scrupulously clean! The toiletries and nibbles were a lovely unexpected addition and the host was so helpful and lovely! Very, very highly recommend and if we are ever coming back to the area we wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

Well equipped kitchen, welcome basket, toys/ games for kids, comfy bed, warm and cosy.

Access road desperately needs sorting

Spotless plenty of fresh towels and kitchen had everything you need. Beds very comfortable.

Parking wasnt great as we have a big car and it’s tight but we parked at the front on pine close and walked through the ally to the front , so really not a problem.

Great place to stay. Well equipped kitchen. Large open plan living and dining room. Lovely over bath shower. Main bedroom large with a comfortable bed. Great location for exploring North Norfolk. Stayed there for The Snettisham Spectacular, only about 15 minutes away.

I have a Volvo V60 and the parking space is on the small side. However managed to park with the car sticking out by about half a metre. It’s down a service road so not too much of a problem.

A beautiful cosy place. Well equipped and comfortable. Lovely decor that added a peaceful calm ambience. Games and books a neat touch too, especially a hit with my great nephew.

Parking a little tight and difficult. Dog barking next door. Pillows thin and unsupportive on the bed in the middle bedroom.
