The property was spotless and close to everything you need. There were clean instructions to find extras of anything we might need! Really great value for money, would deffo return.

A lovely property located in a village a few miles drive to Snettisham beach (birdwatching), Houghton Hall, Sandringham House and seaside towns. The property offered all modern facilities needed for a longer stay and has a private rear garden for outdoor dining. Nearby there is a co op store for supplies, restaurant and pub within walking distance or a few minutes drive. We only stayed for two nights but wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Hard to think of anything we didn't like except the road/lane into the parking area would benefit from having the small potholes filled in with gravel.

This was an excellent find, as there was 3 ladies in my party, and we each had our own room The location was perfect for sandringham House and Gardens and we was able to relax on the evening in the comfortable lounge

Location perfect 42 Southgate lane was immaculate with all needs catered for.

Elderly parents found the staircase quite steep and only a downstairs bathroom and toilet
