La Oca 7-1 Apartment Levante Beach

The location and the modern design.

There were a few disappointing things about the apartment. The door to enter the property had a large gap at the bottom and the other door out to where the washing machine was, which was an additional balcony area, was badly broken with a whole near the handle and again another large gap at the bottom. It also opened and closed with great difficulty. There was also quite a lot of cockroaches running around and seemed to be breading a lot. I did go to the booking agent and mention about the infestation, but didn’t really get an adequate response to even try to assist.

The location for the beach, shops and nightlife was exceptional. Brilliant breakfast at the Winning Post 50mtrs away. Brendon the doorman for the Shamrock Bar below apartment always smiling and willing to give advice on any quiries you may have.

Although the apartment was basically as described, it did not meet our expectations. Basic things bring the apartment down. Great location but most of the furniture old, outdated or way past its best. TV not working (didn't report), Internet connection intermittent. Cockroaches in bedroom, disgusting. Ill-fitting doors in apartment two out of three unable to lock certainly need looking at. Very disappointed that in this day and age, a room safe was not provided. A very low cost necessity. Simple item. An annual coat of paint would greatly enhance the apartment.

We love the property and the location although it is at the bottom of the strip you can hear noises but if your a good sleeper it’s good also love that the second bedroom has now been decorated it looks a lot better

We have stayed in the property 4 times now twice under the beds have been heavy with dust I make sure to clean these everytime I leave the property but if the property hadn’t been used for few weeks it seems to get a lot of dust also the door locks need looking at as they don’t seem to lock on the kitchen or on the balcony other than that we love the property

Lo que no me gustó de la casa fue la limpieza, cuando llegamos al apartamento el suelo estaba sucio y nos encontramos variedad de bichos.

L’endroit était bien la proximité de la plage et les commerces

Il manquait le rideau de douche, l’eau de la douche ne s’évacuer pas bien et la propreté de l’appartement laissé un peu à désirer et la literie de mauvaise qualité
