La Oca 7-1 Apartment Levante Beach

Location was great on 7th floor above Irish bar noise not really a problem once windows closed ,was fiesta week and extremely busy but no issues with noise. Guy at office where we collected keys was really nice. We got off our airport transfer at the office and got a quick taxi along to apt only 5 Euro .Had all our luggage though on leaving left keys in apt as was leaving early morning prior arrangement in office this was really helpful

View, spacious , clean and modern

The location was good in terms of being close to the bars, beach and local shops.

It was very minimal in terms of facilities. While we appreciate it is an apartment there wasn’t even hand soap or toiletries which is something you would expect. I was also surprised to see that there was an iron but no hairdryer. We had to go to a different office which was about a 15 minute walk to collect the keys and pay a €200 deposit which I’ve never had to do before, which was quite stressful. Regarding the deposit, we paid this on the day of arrival but it wasn’t returned on the day of the departure. We left on the Friday and received the refund the following Wednesday which is a long time to wait for a large amount of money. Overall, sadly, I wouldn’t recommend the stay.

The apartment was lovely. Very clean + had everything that was needed. Good location on the main strip. Great views.

One of the window brackets was broken on arrival but was repaired very quickly. The only thing that was missing was a full-length mirror near a plug to use when using a hairdryer.

The shower could do with something on the bottom to stop water running over and the kettle was leaking

Plenty of space, great view. Perfect location for bars and nightlife

Originally only given 1 x key. Had to ask for a 2nd, which we did get. But unfortunately had to hand back in the day before departure. Causing a bit of hassle due to people wanting to do different things at different times.
