"Very good"

No facilities to charge mobility scooters up. We also found 2 cockroaches in 1 of the bedrooms. We had to travel by taxi to collect the keys after a long journey and the details we were given were incorrect. We had to use taxis back and forth to enable us to charge our mobility scooters up and extra cost. Staff at the office did not act professional at all.

We've used Benidorm booking before so ease of use for us was the key. The book in process was easy and the information prior to arrival was super helpful.

We found that the usual friendly and helpful staff which we have become used to were not as helpful or friendly. This is not to say that they were terrible, just that we expected a little more in terms of warmness and flexibility when looking to meet requests. If travellers hadn't use the company before, they may also struggle to find the office for book in.
