Very easy to communicate with the host, they are very responsive and friendly and it was also very easy to follow the self check-in instructions. The apartment has two floors, it was great to have so much space! Bed and pillows were very comfortable. It was great to be able to control the heating (we were visiting in November) and it worked very quickly to warm up the space. Everything was very clean. There is parking right outside the door, which is helpful if you're travelling by car with heavy luggage. To get to the historic centre you can either walk up a steep road, but there is also an inexpensive parking lot nearby right under a set of escalators that will take you right to the top of the historic part of town. The kitchen is equipped well enough to make simple meals. Lovely view from the bedroom window. I also liked how there are so many different lights so you can control the level of lighting in every part of the apartment. It's a fantastic option if you don't want to deal with finding parking in the old city centre or have heavy luggage with you. Highly recommended!

We only stayed for two nights, but if we were to use this place as a base for exploring the area for a few more nights, it would be nice to have additional amenities like a washing machine and a microwave.

This is a recently renovated 2 storey apartment situated just outside the old city walls. Parking is right in front of the front door. There is a spacious living/dining/kitchen area. Upstairs there is a large living area, 2 decent sized bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms. Beds were the most comfortable of our time in Italy so far! Very clean.

Very good and well equipped apartment. Close to Orvieto old town with restaurants and small shops. Good location to visit Umbria and Toscany. Great staff who helped us once we faced a tyre puncture issue.

two storey nice modern apartment, provided with all necessary appliances, parking spot in the front, good location - walking distance uphill to the old city. Also calm and peaceful.

some sign on the building or door would make it easier to find the property.
