The Bed is a little uncomfortable.

Great 2 bed room facility located several 100 meters down the road from the parking lot with escalators and an elevator up to the city of Orvieto. You could not possibly get a closer location and the place can be seen from the city above.

It was a last minute booking for us and as a result we got a great price BUT communication on accessing the place was a DISASTER. They sent a long message in Italian which was meaningless (with our phone situation). We responded to the message requesting information in English and also how to access the room but got no response. They also used an online service to register passport info, etc and collect the city tax which we completed but again no response with info on how to access the accommodation. We had to drive around a find a business that was open (a rarity in the afternoon in most small places in Italy) and finally found a cafeteria where we got someone to interpret the mostly meaningless and lengthy email. They agreed to phone the number provided and the owner provided the key code to FINALLY get into the accomodation. A message to the owner (and others) would be that foreigners would prefer a smart TV rather than tons of all Italian TV stations and this could be done at a very low cost. Also, Booking.Com should force these users to INCLUDE city taxes in their quotes (because some do and some do not and the fees vary by place).
