L'accueil, Flora a été très accueillante à notre arrivée, merci à elle. L'établissement est super bien situé et à proximité de bars et restaurants dans un petite ville mignonne et reposante

Posizione molto comoda per visitare le cinque terre e anche per farsi un giretto a la spezia, proprietaria molto disponibile e ci ha chiarito ogni nostro dubbio in modo immediato e molto gentile.

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was disappointing. The air conditioning in our room was not working, and the heat was unbearable — we were literally melting in the room. It was very difficult to sleep or relax in that environment. To make things worse, there was not even a welcome bottle of water in the room when we arrived, which is the least you would expect after a long journey. The room was facing a noisy street. We could hear people talking, shouting, and cars passing by late into the night, which made it very hard to get any rest. Another major issue was the location - the hotel is right near a fish market, and the smell was very strong and unpleasant.

God beliggenhet, flott med egen kjøleskap. God dusj!
