Everything about the property was simply perfect - not a single fault

Quite steep price for one night The host was unresponsive entirely - the cleaner who was lovely seemed to be our only point of contact whilst moving in and out

Room was clean, spacious and had a mini fridge which came in handy. Streets outside do get a bit noisy but you can’t really change that. Location was great, 10 min walk from train station.

Not sure if this was just people getting confused or what, but the 3 days we were there, people kept trying to get into our room even though the room numbers were obvious. Just make sure you always lock the door.

Localização muito boa, próximo a estação de trem. Tem elevador, o que ajudou muito na hora de subir as malas

O chuveiro não é muito bom, o ar condicionado não estava funcionando. Mandei mensagem para host e fui informada que estava desligado e que só seria ligado em 2 semanas. Já era Junho e estava um calor horrível, não tinha nem um ventilador para auxiliar. A limpeza também deixou a desejar, tenho rinite e foi bem difícil dormir

La chambre était très propre et confortable. L’emplacement parfait au centre de La Spezia qui est une ville très agréable où loger pour visiter les Cinque Terre.

Le contact de base avec l’hôte était expéditif. Un petit problème de sécurité des données avec une suspicion de fraude venant d’une personne tierce, ce qui est toujours assez anxieux. Mais aucun problème sur le fond.

No tratar personalmente con nadie, lo que hizo que una persona contactara con nosotros por whatsapp haciéndose pasar por personal de 54 Rosselli Rooms y le tuviéramos que pagar de nuevo el coste del alojamiento diciendo que era una fianza. Es decir, hemos pagado dos veces por el alojamiento
