7 Seven Sea Villa - 100m from the beach

Staff cooperative and very nice and memorable stay with good location

Everything! - very kind and helpful staff - beautiful hotel, comfortable room - very clean, excellent room service - location: very close to the beach, shops, restaurants and everything you need just around the corner - roof swimming pool

- water in the swimming pool was unhealthy. After 5 minutes in the water my skin on hands was damaged

Very good location, right across the main beach. Lots of Korean restaurants around. The apartment was very well equipped for 2. Love having the washing machine even though we didn’t use it.

Cleaning wasn’t very thorough. The bit behind the fridge was covered in thick dust.

Position is great, pool was a few steps.away from the studio, bed was comfy, plenty.of cafe, eateries and grocery stores close by, beach only a 100mtrs or so away, easy to find

Aircon was dodgy but fixed quickly when reported. Crockery was ok for one person but a little spare for a couple. Language was an issue but fairly normal for VN and Google translate was needed

The best place I`ve been after 3 weeks traveling around Vietnam. The apartment was super clean and had everything you need for cooking, even washing machine which I didn't use because they also have an excellent laundry service. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets around. Perfect place to relax with a small pool on the rooftop. Exactly as in the pictures.

the location is perfect right next to the beach and also next to shops and restaurants. the apartment was very big and clean and had a small kitchen and cutlery etc.

It is a good location for going to the beach. The beds are big and comfortable. The staff were very helpful with organising scooters. It was great having the dishes cleaned, towels changed and floor swept every day. The aircon saved us in the heatwave!!

The floor was swept but our feet were still dirty - it could've done with being mopped. Not a criticism but to be aware when you book: there is only one two-seater couch and two dining chairs - not a lot of space for four people to sit inside. The neighbourhood was okay but very busy and touristy and the restaurants slightly more expensive because of this. The My An neighbourhood was better for eating out. In hindsight I think we'd have preferred staying closer to Hoi An with a day trip to Da Nang instead of the other way around (not Seven Sea Villa's fault!)

I couldn't find any fault at all during my 2 week stay here. It exceeded my expectations. Lovely place with very friendly, polite and helpful staff. Especially Kevin who welcomed me on arrival. A very clean modern building only 15 minutes by taxi from Da Nang airport. You are literally just over the road from the beach in a nice quiet area. It is a very clean part of the beach with a great choice of sunbeds and restaurants surrounding it. Busier bar areas and wilder nightlife are only a 30 minute walk/5 minute taxi away further south. Reception is open 24 hours so you are free to come and go as you please. Hoi An can be done in a day trip from here and is 30-40 minutes by cab. The nearest ATM and large supermarket is a 10 minute walk away but you have so many restaurants, cafes and small supermarkets within a few metres of your room that you have everything you need on your doorstop. Next door is a cafe very popular with the locals. Great place. Wifi was perfect 24/7. Well stocked kitchen and mini bar, good tv, a lot of power points in the room. I packed extension leads but didn't need them. The proper front loading washing machine was a godsend. Small rooftop pool available. A great location and value for money. Cannot recommend highly enough.
