7 Seven Sea Villa - 100m from the beach

7 Seven Sea Villa is one of the best hotels I’ve ever seen. – Large and cosy rooms with all necessary appliances – A rooftop sea-view pool – Impeccable service, host and staff as friendly and attentive as possible – Perfect price. – Nice neighbourhood: many cafés and shops around, 200 meters to the best Da Nang beach (цhen prohibiting red flags are set up everywhere, there is a yellow one here: you can swim even out of season). I really appreciate the time I’ve spent visiting Mr. Tran, and if I ever visit Da Nang again or if my friends ask me about their trip, I know exactly where to stay. 10/10 without a doubt.

I usually stay in Vietnam for 1-3 months each year since 2019. Out of all of the 30+ hotels/apartments that I have stayed, this one is the longest. Visually, the room is very nicely decorated. It is spacious. More importantly, I needed a room where I can work while on this trip. Although not perfect but still beats some of the previous places for two work laptops and was able to continue and work remotely and uninterrupted. In terms of cleanness, this place is clean unlike some of the previous places where they have roaches (one place 10 per day) or has that pesticide smell to the room. This place has neither which is a huge plus. The staff was friendly, professional and very accommodating. I requested for some items. Both were provided within the hour. Overall, the staff, the room, the cleanliness and the value/price make-up for the minor flaws. I like this place and have recommended to friends and families. My sisters and friends are already looking into it. I will probably come back to it next time I am in Da Nang.

The location is 2 minutes of walking distance from the beach. Although great for that aspect, it is a bit secluded from the restaurants. You would have to walk 10 minutes to the good restaurants. The rooms are not sound-proof but it is not bad since for the most part, the location is quiet. There were moments where it got very loud in the hallway because kids were screaming and playing. I won't hold the hotel responsible for that because those parents need to put those kids on leases, especially at 6 am in the morning.

Wonderful large room Mr. Tran is a treasure. Very nice and helpful. I fell at the entrance and broke my leg He came in the ambulsnce with me and brought me my luggage in the hospital. Bought me bananas,milk and hang my clothes to dry. So sweet.

Sofa bed in not there, it is just a sofa, it does not change into a bed but kind staff put a spare bed in room without charge Ant infestation which was dealt with quickly, my daughter woke up with ants all over her bed. Swimming pool filthy, dead bird in it and a bath mat at bottom of pool.

Staff was was super nice and accommodating. We booked the top floor apartment with sea view. Room was large and view was great. Ours was the only room on the top floor, so we essentially had our own private roof top terrace and pool. No issues with family (who are locals) coming and going as we pleased. Cafe downstairs makes great coffee and is open pretty late. We forgot to pay scooter rental at check out but Mr. Tran sent me an email and we settled the outstanding bill upon our return from a side-trip without penalty or other issue.

Advertised as having in-room washer, but it did not, although it was still conveniently located in the stairwell in the hallway outside our room, and staff allowed us to use the dryer in the basement. Bathroom door did not stay closed on its own - we had to prop it closed with the garbage can. Bathroom walls could have used a good wipe down, and we noticed some ants in the kitchen area after cooking one night, but they were gone once the room was serviced and the garbage had been removed. They requested cash payment upon check-in although we booked with a card.
