Very nice room really nice view of the mini Venice and the mountains in the distance

Would have been nice to know that there could have been the chance to pay a little extra but get a parking space underground the place.

"Great location but rude staff and noisy A/C - ideal for short stay"

The location is ideal and very close to Little Venice. The only thing that puts me off from staying here again is the rude receptionist and the loud A/C. Very unhelpful and grumpy. Enough for us to book elsewhere in the future. The A/C is placed above the bed and very noisy which made it hard for us to sleep at night.

Everything you needed was a walking distance. Great Gym and Pool Facilities. Even their Tennis Courts were impressive! Outside of work travels, I would definitely come back here with my family!
