Cute, cozy and aesthetically pleasing to the eye when it comes to furnitures and well built interior designs. In terms of location, it’s just a door away to the entrance of the mall, so it’s so perfect.

The only issue was that the bathrooms has a lock problem, it’s a good thing there is a key when needed but please fix the lock doors

The properties staff are great! The unit was great—clean and with a nice view. The host on WhatsApp was responsive.

Late check-in: Although the check-in time was supposed to be 3 PM, the cleaner was still cleaning, and we were only able to check in at 4 PM. We arrived at the building at 2:30 PM to process everything in advance and to allow time to address any potential issues, but this delay was frustrating. Aircon not working: After a late check-in, we entered a hot unit only to discover the air conditioning wasn’t functioning. Initially, we thought it might just take time to cool, but unfortunately, it never worked. While we reported the issue, the host said there was nothing they could do. They didn’t even offer an electric fan, only a 40% discount only if we stay again —which felt like more of a win for them than for us. We ended up staying up super late because it was cooler outside than inside. What was supposed to be a relaxing staycation to destress ended up adding more stress.

Room layout and location close to the mall

Interaction and management with the owner and concierge. We booked the appartment for one night and agreed to leave it by noon what we also did. Afterwards we god blamed that we left too late which is definetely false and were asked to pay a fine. To us this seems very dishonest and could be a systematic way of scamming visitors for some extra money which we haven‘t experienced before. Also the concierge was not willing to store our luggage for 3 hours which only consists of two medium sized backpacks which was quite problematic for us.
