10 Boskenza Court

We had a fantastic stay at Boskenza Court in Carbis Bay. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach with beautiful views. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly throughout. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. My whole family really enjoyed staying here. My child was especially happy with the apartment, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. We really enjoyed cooking and eating homemade meals during our stay. The sunrise was beautiful, with stunning views. The property is just a 10-minute walk from the train station and only a 5-minute train ride to St Ives. Land's End and the Minack Theatre are both about a 40-minute drive away, making it a great base for exploring the area.

There was nothing we didn't like. Everything met our expectations, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Self checkin Kitchen was modern and clean Bathroom modern and clean

The block of flats looked like council housing and the landings and stairs very dirty . The rug in the lounge was full of stains. Lots of marks and scuffs on the walls and skirting boards in all of the rooms , in need of decorating .

Plenty of space for 4 people. Well equipped in the kitchen. Host has clearly been listening to feedback and improving the offering. Examples being a table lamp in the lounge, dust pan and brush and items in the kitchen like tea, coffee, washing up liquid etc.

Lovely flat, warm & very clean with all that we needed for a short break. Hosts put heating on before we arrived so warm & welcoming when we arrived. Thank you!
