Songbird Lodge - Near brew pub/10 mins from Snowdon

The lodge and setting were beautiful, if your looking for somewhere quiet, this is the place. The lodge was kitted out with everything you need. Loved the quirky paintings!

The place is quite rural, one pub in the vicinity, this is really nit picking, but a little welcome pack - even at cost would of been nice, there were tea coffee and washing up facilities even oil and tin foil, but some milk would of been great, but as I said this is nit picking

The lodge is lovely, it had everything we needed for a cosy stay. It is set in a lovely peaceful location, close to the Welsh Highland Railway station of Waunfawr and a brew pub. Karen, the owner, is such a nice person to deal with. We would definitely stay here again.

Location was excellent very close to everything we planned on doing. The views from cabin amazing! Very easy to find with help from the host messaging previously before stay with instructions. Very warm welcoming from the host herself. All kitchen utilities where perfect very easy to use. Electric blanket was spot on, very cosy and warm. Art work was fantastic and fitted in with the whole setting. We basically liked everything!

The lodge is set in a beautiful garden surrounded by flowers, trees, and birdsong! It was close to Snowdon and everywhere else we were visiting. The lodge itself was lovely and warm, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Thank you to the host. We would visit again.

Great. Location 10 minutes drive to Llanberis

Position. Quiet. Lovely and warm.

Just some thoughts. List of instructions how to use oven, microwave and tv for those who do not live in the uk. Water was unnecessary hot. A sign needs to be put on the driveway to say songbird lodge.

The property is superbly located right on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park and a five minute walk from the pub. Karen is a lovely host and made sure the heating and electric blankets were on prior to our arrival. It’s very peaceful being located away from the road and overlooking Karen’s fields and large hill(almost a mountain) behind. Good sized lounge/kitchen and bedroom with a comfy bed. Bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. Microwave, toaster, two ring hob, and oven in the kitchen. Effective heaters and also gets very warm in the sun (If you’re lucky enough to get some). Perfect for couples.
