The Beachfront - Praia D'El Rey Golf & Beach Resort

The view from the apartment and the beach near the hotel is amazing.

Breakfast - disappointing for such a place.

Breakfast was fabulous, views and beach were amazing, and condo was spacious, comfortable and spotless. Golf course also looked amazing, but didn't have time to play.

Loved the location and the value.

It was pre-season and it felt like it wasn’t in full swing, for instance the HVAC in the gym wasn’t operating and it smelled very musty.

Beautiful views of the beach! Amazing sunset right into the living room. We were in a group of 3 adults + 3 kids, and it was super comfortable. Had lots of walks in the dunes and around the gorgeous cliffs. The house was very spacious, with a well equipped kitchen, big rooms, comfy beds, amazingly large bathrooms with neck breaking water pressure (which I love). Easy to access, with a convenience store around the corner. No complaints regarding the house. 9/10 I would def come back.

We went during Easter - kinda off season for the area - so many of the Beachfront facilities were closed (like the gym), but we could still use the resort facilities nonetheless, just further away from the house. Another thing: larger supermarkets are either in Peniche or Caldas Da Rainha, 25min away - so come prepared!

First of all, the location is great - right next to the beach, a wonderful view from the terrace, you can not only watch the waves but also listen to their roar. The apartments themselves are very comfortable and equipped with everything you need for a longer stay. The kitchen is well equipped, there were all the necessary dishes and utensils. Clean, bright and spacious - we were very satisfied. We also need to praise the staff for their care and attention throughout the stay. Of course, small gifts also make us feel good. We are grateful for the tickets to the international chocolate festival in Obidos, because we would not have known and might not have gone there ourselves. Very good value for money...

To be honest, maybe it's just the weather for a few days :)

Friendly staff, check in was easy and the rooms were big and the ocean view spectacular. Room service changed towels and sheets every second day.

A number of the TV sets in the rooms either didnt work or had been removed.
