La suite era davvero pulitissima e accogliente. La vasca è enorme, davvero bellissima. Molto carina anche la sauna, ideale per un momento di benessere. Ho apprezzato tanto la presenza di acqua e cialde per il caffè: piccoli dettagli che fanno la differenza e rendono il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Torneremo sicuramente!!

Having a giant soaking tub and infrared sauna was AMAZING after a 12 hour flight. Unbeatable.

Our room was right on the street corner and it was nonstop LOUD all night long.

Busy street, host didnt communicate when we said there was something wrong with the bed as it sunk in the middle and was extremely uncomfortable. Looks good but not worth it. The shower is not practical and there is no bathroom privacy

La camera molto lussuosa piena di specchi,letto molto comodo,posizione della camera ottima in pieno centro.

Zona vasca idromassaggio perdeva tutta acqua da sotto,puzza di acqua stagnate,non abbiamo trovare né le bustine per un eventuale the’ o tisana e neanche la bottiglia di spumante, cuscini scomodissimi,nessuna informazione per come collegarsi al wifi,il personale inesistente.

Didn’t receive any instructions prior to arriving at the hotel, despite keeping the host updated on when I was arriving. The host did end up sending them when I messaged to say we were here but after a long journey it was have been nice to receive these prior to arriving to allow a smoother and quicker check in. The room was noisy which is to be expected in that part of the city but wasn’t helped by the main balcony door not closing (this was open when we arrived) This resulted in us having very little sleep on the first night and considering moving to a different hotel. This did end up being “fixed” (closed) after pushing for a response from the host. After reading multiple reviews it appears this has been a problem for a while. Could do with extra pillows there was only one per person. Would also be beneficial to have some storage space, we just had a rack with a few coat hangers. There is no wardrobe or storage cupboards to put any of your stuff. There is no interior door to the bathroom or the toilet. This wasn’t a massive issue as I was sharing with my boyfriend but it was unexpected.
