Bert went out of his way to help us to get to the Thursford show. The host was very friendly and accommodating and easy to chat with. Room was lovely and warm and extra comfy beds. Only problem was finding way back after sat nav played up. Will return next year

The host was kind and friendly; he made effort to make sure I felt welcome. The room is well presented although I would have preferred a double bed. That said he made sure that the singles available were well adjustable to your needs. He also provided a fan for the room with it being so hot the weekend I stayed. Breakfast was lovely as well.

Fresh mug for the second day for tea in your room would be ideal, otherwise all really quite good.

Bert was an exceptional host, we felt like old friends visiting. We we delighted with his local knowledge and hospitality. Breakfast was fantastic and we appreciated a lift into Walsingham.

This proved to be a great location for exploring north Norfolk. The room was very comfortable and the host was genial and helpful. The breakfast was superb.

Breakfast cooked to order by host was very good. Surprise was that the property is 300 years old, so it was interesting to hear its history from Bert. Another surprise was that only one room is let, so it felt more like staying with a friend. I was sad to hear that the cat, Jeffrey, had died a few days before our arrival.

Quite difficult to locate, drove up and down the country road a few times!

The house was disgusting, a real big problem.. messy not clean, dirty washing, dirty pots plates cups around in different rooms . generally loads of stuff laying around. Not sure how to write this down.

Breakfast perfect . Expertly prepared by Bert.

Nothing apart from warmer weather.

It was warm and comfortable ,friendly welcoming host ‘ burt’ who drove is to and from the venue 👍
