Jeffrey’s B and B

A quaint little cottage. Not easy to find in the dark. Road numbers all over the place and Sat Nav and Waze incorrect. Everything rather dated but clean. Walk along a corridor to the bathroom. Comfortable. Would improve facilities by providing a bottle of water, some biscuits and shower jell etc. Excellent WIFI. Breakfast cooked to individual requirements. Very friendly host. Only one room ever available. so rather like staying at a friend's house rather than a B&B. Nice bed with excellent bedding.

The owner was very attentive and looked after us.

The table where we had breakfast had dirty glasses and dirty plates on it. Once pointed out these were changed straight away

Excellent Breakfast Bert was charming and friendly

The breakfast was excellent - perfectly cooked - you could choose anything you liked. There was a mini-fridge in the bedroom which was very useful. The electric beds were a bonus. We could use the dining room to eat our supper which was nice.

My wife and friend traveled by bicycle. Host was extremely kind. Marvellous host and superb breakfast
