We had the most incredible stay here for my 50th birthday, it truly felt like a dream from start to finish. From the moment we booked, Ghizlane was so helpful, giving us great advice on taxis, restaurants and where to explore, which made everything feel effortless and safe. When we arrived, every single member of staff was just wonderful, warm, kind, and genuinely attentive. The hotel itself is beautifully run, with stunning rooms and such thoughtful touches; rose npetals on the bed, swan-shaped towels, and even a surprise birthdayi cake with the team singing, which was so special. Ghizlane and Ahlam both deserve a special mention for their attention to detail and kindness throughout our stay. We felt completely looked after the entire time and honestly couldn’t recommend this place more. Such a special experience. We loved it and we’ll definitely be back ✨

Everything , In the heart of everything but tucked away enough that you could enjoy a peaceful night. Ghizlane you are amazing. She went beyond for us booking some great restaurants, sorting out our taxis even making my husband a birthday cake. All the guys were amazing. Breakfast is amazing the pool was lovely, our room was perfect. We had a family room but it literally was two rooms with a cute door between with two bathrooms.. I definitely recommend room 15 if you have children with you.

Breakfast was a genuine bright spot and deserves full credit — generous, well-presented, and a lovely way to begin the morning. On arrival, the staff greeted us warmly, meeting us promptly from our airport shuttle and guiding us through to the property. A charming enough first impression that hinted at the riad experience we had hoped for.

Check-in stretched to a rather testing twenty minutes, which felt quite unnecessary for what is a compact and intimate property. We had booked twin beds and were instead shown to a double. The spa was amateurish in execution, the staff underprepared, and no towels were provided whatsoever. To make matters worse, we were handed slippers that were quite visibly worn and grubby — clearly recycled between guests without any cleaning in between; It is a genuine hygiene concern.

Excellent staff like Ahlam and the Hotel manager who took care of all our needs. My dad was celebrating his birthday and their attention to detail, warmth, kindness, personal attention and empathy are attributes that would make me want to return to Palais in every future travel to Marrakech and Morocco. Thank you so much. We already miss you all.

Too hard to say, they took care of our needs as soon as we brought it up and were extremely proactive.

Such a wonderful stay at this beautiful, tranquil riad. We had a beautiful room, the staff were so friendly and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. In a great location in the medina, could walk everywhere. Loved chilling by the rooftop pool. Enjoyed the hammam spa ritual there too. Highly recommended.

We loved everything! The moment you walked in you smelled orange blossoms and were greeted by the incredible staff. They were all so warm and helpful. The welcome tea was delicious. We ate lunch there(upon arrival) and the food was amazing. We also ate breakfast there daily . There wasn’t one thing that we didn’t enjoy:)
