Lo staff molto cortese e disponibile. La bellezza interna della struttura. La colazione particolare e buona. Posizione vicino a una delle porte della medina.

L'esterno, specie il vicolo, è molto degradato: strutture di questo livello (ce ne sono varie in zona) dovrebbero migliorare, magari insieme, i loro ambienti esterni. Gli spazi interni, anche le stanze, sono comodi ma ristretti rispetto alle descrizioni sul web. La zona colazione, coperta ma in terrazza, in questo periodo era molto fredda: una struttura di questo livello deve garantire più stufe a gas.

The breakfast was lovely (though perhaps a bit more variety would be good). The staff were superb - really kept us right. They were so friendly and warm and full of good information. The ambience in the hotel was lovely - a great spot to return to in between outings. They organised trips etc but you never felt forced into anything. Overall we loved it!

If the weather had been good it would have been nice to have had a snack menu by the pool.

Die Lage ist super zentral in der Medina. Das Personal ist von Herzen freundlich, stets zuvorkommend ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Eine wunderbare Oase der Ruhe inmitten des Medina-Trubels. Die Dachterrasse mit dem Swimmingpool ist wirklich wunderschön und entspricht den Fotos.

Es gibt tatsächlich nichts zu beanstanden!!!

Location excellent. Close to everything. They went above and beyond for everything! Best mint tea we had in Marrakech.

We had the first floor room, and some guests were loud coming in at night and early morning.

A stunning riad, with the most welcoming staff members who made our ever wish their goal to accomplish!

We did have to wait quite a bit of time before being able to check into our room- they were working hard to get a room ready for us. It was just a matter of timing because we arrived very early in the morning.
