Piso en la Playa, Wifi gratis y AC

i loved the location, the kitchen was perfectly equipped and so was the bathroom. another important thing was the fact that there were two bathrooms, very useful for a group of friends. there was a dishwasher and a washing machine.

i didn’t like the fact that the apartment is on the ground floor, so if you open the windows the people walking on the pavement can see you inside of the house. i also think that a vacuum cleaner would be very useful. also the apartment wasn’t 100% cleaned but just because it is used not because they didn’t clean it.

Perfect location for both purposes: beach and walk in the city center, near the apartments Metro line, so just 20 mins and you on the City Center. Nice price and ok facilities.

Collecting the property keys was challenging because I arrived late, and my neighbor had to wait for me, incurring extra costs.

Location close to beach and public transport

There was a cockroach infestation nearby in the block which spoiled our enjoyment, sharing the accommodation with gross insects. The owner then sprayed the apartment internally resulting in the apartment becoming a toxic environment smelling of bug killing spray, making us feel nauseous.

it was a very good location, perfect for a couple or a family. It has everything you need in the kitchen in order to prepare something fast. It is well located, near to supermarkets and bus stations.

Nice little apartment close to the beach in Valencia. Neighbourhood is "eclectic" but there are great markets,bakeries, restaurants nearby and the beach is about 10-15 mins with a toddler. Good connection to the city centre, comfortable beds,good setup of the apartment.

It was all good.
