Lovely and clean apartment, within short walking distance to the beach and public transportation| Very friendly owner and very well communicated before and during our stay| We had everything we needed and a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

A lovely little apartment close to the beach (10-minute walk), with two bathrooms and equipped with everything necessary. It has plenty of natural light, and across the street is a beautiful children's park. We had a wonderful stay; Julian is a fantastic host, very kind. The apartment is very comfortable, and the price is very reasonable

It's on the ground floor, so you can hear conversations of passersby, which might be downside.

We absolutely loved our time at this Airbnb in Valencia. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach, with lots of great restaurants, cafés, and local shops nearby. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchen and fast Wi-Fi. The host was super friendly and responsive, making check-in smooth and easy. Waking up and being so close to the sea was a dream. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy the best of Valencia’s coast!

Good location near the beach

Loved the location, right in front of the flat a small part with a basketball field, so during weekends you’ll be woken up by the kids playing football or basketball. Flat is comfortable. Close to the flat few shops, nice gelateria that has just opened and beach is 7-10 min calm walk

I was upset about the cleaning and no coffee, as we arrived late in the morning when we found our coffee machine I thought there should be some capsules, but there wasn’t

Very nice apartment with what we needed for a 1 week stay. Location just a short walk to beach and buses and metro nearby. Clean.

A bit noisy at times being at street level next to the sidewalk.
