La ubicación y el equipamiento. En la cocina, había utensilios suficientes y productos de limpieza. Todo muy cómodo, eso sí, tienes que subir escaleras, pero ya lo sabes al contratar. La ubicación cerca de todos los sitios importantes de la ciudad. La persona con la que contactas al llegar muy amable.

Jedynie wysokie schody do apartamentu i trzeba podejść z parkingu ale przy całości to nie ma znaczenia dla podróżnych bez problemów z poruszaniem się

We really enjoyed our stay at Ponta Delgada Flats - HOST & CHILL. The apartment is beautiful, cozy and located right in the center of Ponta Delgada, which made it a great base for exploring the island. The kitchen was very well equipped and we appreciated having a washing machine and everything needed for a comfortable longer stay. The self check-in process was very easy and convenient. There is no private parking available, but we always managed to find free parking within walking distance from the apartment, so it was not a problem for us.

The only small downside was that the apartment felt a bit humid when the windows stayed closed for a longer time, but that seems quite common for the Azores climate. Other than that, we were very satisfied with our stay and would happily recommend this place.

La ubicación, el interior, mueble, limpieza - todo! Era muy cómodo, luminoso, todo perfecto! Nos permitieron entrar y salir fuera del horario establecido de que estamos muy agradecidos!

Excellent location a half block off the main square across from the port. Very quiet nonetheless. Each bedroom had its own heater/AC. We stayed in #3 and it was very large with an outfitted kitchen and dining room, large family room, master suite on main floor, and two bedrooms with shared bathroom upstairs. There is a new washer and dryer in the utility closet. We will definitely book again when in Ponta Delgada.

Parking is a challenge especially during working hours. There is inexpensive (metered) parking on side streets within a 2 block stroll, though. Also, no heat in the common areas which can get chilly by morning.
