The check in procedures was absolute horrible! 30 minutes was the time we took for checking in. Check in had lots of paperwork and no one was explaining the paperwork. Paperwork must be reduced!! We did biometrics scanning during check in,The biometrics scanners were malfunctioning. The lounge couch was so uncomfortable,I could feel the planks!The beds were also uncomfortable , could feel the springs of the two bed mattresses.The bath towels were old and dirty brown. The swap and some plates were dirty. The aircon remote had no batteries.The braai stand was not working.
