The unit had old leaking,rusted washing machine and shows it was never changed and I amsure previous customers had the same issue. The washing machine leaked creating a flood in the unit due to rusty part completely falling off and flooding the floor. The main bathroom door does not close so if in the shower you cannot close and lock the door. The privacy blind at the sliding door is missing so absolutely no privacy at night. Totally ridiculous and would not recommend. Such over sight and disregard for customer amd their privacy. I should be refunded for this place.

The stove didn't work, there wasn't enough cutlery and crockery

The complex is beautiful. Amazing facilities and surroundings. Very peaceful and quiet.

From the moment of completing the booking, the experience went from pleasant to disappointing. As this was a family trip from Gauteng to Durban to spend time with family, despite the notice regarding rules around parties and noise, nowhere did it indicate that there were no visitors allowed. At the time of checking in, we noticed all the towels being dried outside on the chairs and dryer and there weren't any dry towels inside the unit. The scourer in the kitchen was dirty and old, covered in a greasy residue. The pots are burnt. There was no shower gel/ soaps in the bathrooms. Whilst it is indeed a beautiful unit, it is sad that it is not being maintained to what one would expect.
