The beds were comfortable and the location great. Pool was also fantastic and the grounds were kept in immaculate condition.

Crockery and cutlery are mismatched and insufficient utensils. The dustbin cupboard was broken, and the wifi network was intermittent. Way too many Mozzies! There is no side light in the living area..

Property had a nice view of the estuary, pool facilities were good, bedroom linens were clean and generally had an okay visit. - unit had a mibox for the television set

- spent our whole visit picking up long black hair from the previous visitors, - railing on outside balcony was loose - asked one of the grass keepers to install screws as it was posing a threat to our kids (considering we were on a first floor). - Bathrooms didn’t feel clean, mould in grout, noisy fan etc. On-suite bathroom had a bit of an urine smell to it. - Ad. said unit is air conditioned but never said it was only the main living room. - Ad. never mentioned the funny cleaning cycle of 1clean x5 day visiting period. - Cleaning materials were scarce, vacuum machine was available but without any pipes. - Wifi was a cock-up, phoned the contact number and they said we had to find the site care keeper cause he is a wizard with internet. - Ad. never mentioned that the unit was on a 1st floor. This would have been great considering two or our guests were elderly and the one has rheumatoid arthritis. - Utensils in kitchen could have been better stocked up. - Anti-slip stickers/paint on stairwell are worn and some of the steps pose a threat when they are wet. - Garbage drawer is a horrible idea considering there is no housekeeping, no spare refuge bags nor any information before hand telling us to be prepared for this. Drawer was old and felt dilapidated. - No spare linen were available in case something gets soiled.

The unit is nicely decorated giving the sense of a beach cottage. It was clean and bright with a lovely view towards the river. The pool in the complex is very nice. Convenient location in the main street to walk to restaurants and shops. The air-conditioner was a life saver in January heat and humidity.

The third bedroom was very hot in January when we were there, the airconditioner does not reach that room.

Had absolutely everything we needed and well situated in St Lucia

I loved the location and the apartment was beautifully decorated . The serenity was great

I would suggest that the shower curtain be changed often ( was not feeling good with the one that was there) , provide refuse packets. As the entire area was out of power from Wednesday night to our check out on Friday , I would suggest a small portable gas burner and a few solar lights to avoid the inconvenience and cost that we faced. The host could have also checked on her guests during the time of blackout
