Toilet had a leak

Very friendly and service minded staff from the gate guard to the cleaners. Great location and loved the closeness to everything in town as well as the estuary. Clean and comfortable. Great wifi (teenage kids were happy!). Loved the veranda!

Nice location, specious property and beautiful view from the terrace.

The hippos came in the ground at night. I will let out by the security man at the gate. Very good.

The location is central to the town , very clean and peaceful. Apartment had all the necessary things

The amount of load shedding we had on the weekend , the braai area isn't covered so it rained n no power we had to eat else were, the view of the lake wasn't visible

Only suggestion will be to put a bin in each bathroom.

The place was spacious and located close to the attractions. The pool in the complex was lovely. We were accommodated when asked for a slightly later check out. The beds and bedding looked clean. Towels were also supplied which was a bonus. There was sufficient cutlery and crockery. Nice pool view from the bedroom.

The keys weren't left for the unit and the security knew nothing of our stay either. The place was not clean. We wiped the surfaces with wipes and it was sticky and dirty. The fridge and freezer was not cleaned out. In the freezer was ice cream and meat clearly left behind by someone. We are vegetarian and seeing that upon entry was not ideal. The one bathroom had a shower curtain that was not clean and when you use the shower, the curtain would often stick onto you as it was a smaller shower than the ensuite.
