First of all, a 350.00 hold was placed on my card WITHOUT my consent OR knowledge, and NOT removed upon checkout.,AND THERE WAS NO DAMAGE TO THE UNIT. The toilet was always backed up. Had to flush 3 times, even when only urinating. Tub water backed up with every shower. Front door was filthy. Only one roll of toilet paper for 4 people for 4 days. View was terrible. Room was in a tiny corner of the building with minimal space to get in room with a luggage cart. Sink paint was chipped. and the bed was HORRIBLY uncomfortable! Felt and sounded like you were sleeping on an empty water bottle!

It was a good location . Loved the white. Coverlet. I was able to cook in the furnished kitchen

We found bedbugs and reported it to company. The beds squeaked

We enjoyed the pool area and hot tubs. We also enjoyed the DJ at the pool. The coffee bar was also a nice touch.

Having a key code is a great idea, but it was not easy getting into the room. When we entered the code a green like would come on, but you could not open the door. Finally, after calling the property, we were giving directions as to how to get the door opened. It would be so much more easier if the property would disclose this information up front. We wasted a good 45 minutes trying to get into the room. The ice machine on the floor we were on was broke.

Very nice apartment! We felt very comfortable, had everything we needed and loved the view.

Location was excellent and parking was not only close but had enough spaces where time of day wasn’t an issue.

The beds were extremely old and uncomfortable. The bathroom layout was just uncomfortable. Toilet seat had bubbles in the material and clogged very easily. The room desperately needs new paint. All amenities in the room just seemed dated.
