MYMYNumber of bed is as per booking, and have good parking space. the location is not too far from city center. next to Mr. DIY, convenience mart and Segi Fresh.
having trouble with TV while the remote is faulty responsive. No kettle in the room and need to go to other room to get it. they should hang the AC remote next to switch. Custromer mistakenly use wall mounted control. Can you teach your staff to smile?

MYProperty was ok but there is two issue on my stay First about the cleanliness is bad (found cockroach eggs on the bed-alot) Secondly the staff was not around to ask an assistant. (Room call never answer by the receptionist)

MYIs a budget hotel to stay, decent location that do have mini market around by just walking, and have hardware shop to buy if needed, but then distance to tourist attraction area is far so need a transport to go. About the stay experience, maybe can say its just like staying in room above the shop, or can say shophouse. Is good actually. And one more thing is the hotel equipped with Check-in kiosk, may confused for first time use, but actually is simple and easy if read the steps carefully. Overall is, a budget hotel, convenient.
Actually nothing. But can give a try to solve the noise problem that caused by outside traffic flow. I can hear the traffic quite loud while sleep.
