MYWe checked in for 3 days and 2 nights. On our 2nd day. One of the chinese staff enter our room while we're in the room. They used their access card to enter our room without our permission. My wife and I were so shocked. The bed, pillow and mattress are stained. We requested 2 times for a new mattress but no feedback. Tv got only a few channels.
