Clean apartment, everything new, great location.

No free parking in the area.

Our host Francesco was very helpful with all our needs. The room itself is beautiful, modern and very clean! And oh, that shower! Location was excellent, just a short walk to the train station for our day trips to Cinque Terre.

We had trouble with parking as it's not very clear. But once we figured it out, all was good

Clean and modern, comfortable bed, good size bathroom. Coffee and tea. And a cute balcony with some clothes lines for your washing. I really enjoyed my stay and the host was very friendly and helpful. Very close to train station, Grocery store, restaurants and cafes. And also very close to stadio Alberto picco (spezia calcio serie b stadium) if you want to go watch a game like I did.

Good location, really clean and well looked after. Francisco was very helpful and friendly. Would recommend it.

The whole area was quiet in the night but if there is noise outside you can hear. Wouldn't put me off going back and not really an issue

Very handy to everything

Nice room, with all the necessary things inside, very friendly host.

Parking. We were searching for the parking lot about 45 minutes. Public parking was fully loaded. If you go by car, think about it.
